There is a minimum hire amount of £110 per party.


When you book your props with us we will require a non refundable £50 deposit to secure your date and time.
The remaining balance is due 1 week before the party.


Please note that your enquiry does not secure your date.  Until you pay the deposit the date is still available for anyone else to acquire. 



​​TRAVEL AND MILEAGE
Travel to and from your venue is included within a 20 mile radius of Shepshed.


Outside of our 20 mile radius we charge £1 per mile to cover petrol costs and travel time for our members of staff.

Unfortunately we do not cover London or it's surrounding areas.

​​​​​​We have noticed that a venue where a stage is present children will always want to climb up onto the stage.  Our props are usually placed in front of a stage as it is the focal point of the venue, so we try our best to block access off to the stage while we are setting up, however we cannot accept any responsibility for children going onto the stage area, parents must ensure they know where their children are at all times.  Please be aware that it is so easy for the children to fall off the stage when they are not being supervised.




Venue Requirements

Terms & Conditions

We have tried to keep our T & Cs as simple as possible.  We just need to point out a few things before you go ahead and book.

Some of our props are very big and will need a venue suitable to fit everything in especially with regards to height! In most cases we recommend a venue that can seat at least 100/150 people to be ideal, and to have a ceiling height of at least 10 feet/3 meters.  


We also need to ask you that the venue has it's own parking and the room rented is on the ground floor.

Sorry, but we will be unable to park on the road or in public car parks due to possible parking not being available on the day.


Sorry, but our props are only available for use indoors in hired venues.


In consideration of your children's safety we ask that while we are setting up and packing away they are kept at a safe distance.
 

Additional rental time past the 2 hour party can be arranged at the time of booking.  


We pack away all our props from the venue, however, please note that clearing up rubbish and putting chairs and tables away is your responsibility.

Please note that all our props are not for climbing on, we ask that you ensure children do not climb for health and safety reasons.  We take no responsibility for injury to children climbing on our props.
